Drive belt Astra G van 2000 2l Sportive help
Hi I would advise getting new tensioners and pulley along with any belts required as fitting secondhand ones will probably result in the same issue. It depends on whether you have air conditioning fitted and any other ancillary items which your main dealer can advise on what you will need....they would probably issue you with a fitment diagram as well. Let us know how you get on with it

What links...
The original key would need to be in the vicinity of the of the ignition barrel for the immobiliser code to be read. Maybe tape it to the replacement key to test this theory
-
Locking wheel nut
That's annoying as you would have to buy a whole set to replace just the one. I don't imagine anyone would steal the one wheel if it didn't have a locking nut on it though
-
flicking oil light.
Hi Andy I would carry out the oil change and see what it does afterwards. I imagine the oil has lost some of its viscosity (check the oil does not smell of petrol) Let us know how you get on with it Cheers, Trev

Alloys
Personal choice I suppose but would avoid any 'cheap' alloys as tend to crack easily

Induction Kit
Hi....welcome to the Forum Usually, there are parts available on eBay to make up your own system. Usual things like Samco style induction hose, AMM housing, cone filter, etc....worth a try and probably a lot cheaper as well

Corsa d engine transplant
Hi....welcome to the Forum To be fair, I'm not entirely sure what else will fit but it may be worth locating a secondhand replacement engine and replacing the timing chain assembly before fitting so that you know it will last more than 40k

Vauxhall astra j
Should be secured at both ends by self tapping screws and also attached to a crossmember which should unbolt (from memory!)

key stuck in ignition??
It sounds like it is not reading either the handbrake or park sensor switches so therefore is not releasing the key. Maybe worth trying to cycle it from park to drive and back again. Also, keep your foot on the brake pedal as well. Here is some more info I have found for this fault:

Front fuel feed pipe 2.2 petrol - Needed
I would take the pipe to a pipe and hose repairer and they should be able to make one up for you at very little cost We have one in Dorset - Thread and Pipes who can make anything to get you out of a predicament
-
External temp sensor
Maybe someone needed one and helped themselves possibly
-
External temp sensor
Usually on the front bumper....have a look through the grill at the lower half (or even from underneath if the lower cover isn't hiding it) and you should see a connector attached to the inside of the bumper

Returning member
Hi Dave...welcome back! Does sound like it could be a split in the washer line or become detached from a union as you suspect. Good to have you onboard Cheers, Trevor

Hi....welcome to the Forum Here is an image of the fusebox location for a Frontera B, which I imagine may be similar in layout, but I would also think there may be auxiliary fuses under the dashboard somewhere

AndyR . wow, that's harsh on the wallet....I wonder if this is a deliberate act from the manufacturers to sell more injectors at huge cost 😞
-
Air con
I would check the pollen (cabin) filter for cleanliness as if this is blocked up then no cold air will circulate through to the cabin area
