  1. Hi there have you tried ebay? Failing that it might have to be a vauxhall dealership. I have found in the past that ebay has come up trumps on a lot of parts. Some can be high silly prices, but thee are quite a few that are decently priced. Hope this helps. Regards AndyR
  2. Ty I got 1 from there thanks
  3. Luckily the Corsa only has 1 wet belt on the earlier fords there are 2 belts camshaft drive and some garages only replace the top one, so when inspected it looks like the belt has been changed, but then the camshaft belt shreds.
  4. I couldn't agree more with your comment about the Ford wet belt issues. Neighbour had a focus diesel, the wet belt degraded and sent particles of rubber through the oil system, thus slowly killing the engine. Ended up replacing whole engine. So yes get it checked out regularly for piece of mind.
  5. Hi....welcome to the Club Judging by the history of the Ford Ecoboost engines with wetbelts it is a concern to say the least Consensus is that regular (even more frequent) oil changes is imperative and check what is coming out with the oil (fibres, etc)
  6. I can't find anything specific on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=vauxhall+zafira+parcel+shelf+brackets&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p4439441.m570.l1313 Maybe if he can find another Zafira and take a photo of the brackets to narrow down the search?
  7. I have a 2019 Corsa registered in September 2019, I want to know if it has a dry belt, wet belt or timing chain because I have heard some woryying co9mments regarding wet timing belts
  8. I have the same problem. Did anyone solve this yet?
  9. 1 point
Up date on issue took a look at it and belt was off, puzzled really if belt was off how is I could drive car with message on dash, so refitted belt and the message as gone so I tested the battery (engine off) was reading 11.35 (engine on) reading 14.56 so took it for drive tonight no message back and belt still on strange, but still have a loss of power in car but this just may be down to the intercooler pipe as I may have a split in it some where as engine makes a whistling sound when accelerating would I be right there
  10. Hi, hopefully this will help out other crossland owners. I bought a 2019 model with 18000 on the clock. Every now and then it would throw warning messages such as abs fault, Hill start fault etc, etc. I removed the rear wheels and de-greased the abs sensor and the black rubber bush that it picks up on. Also wd40 the abs connector points. Covered approx 1500 miles since with no issues. Hope this helps guys!
  11. I have used a company that is based in Europe and great service - AutoDoc, worth going onto their website to see if available
