I'm having this same problem with my meriva. Did any of you guys get to the route cause?

Took mine to Vauxhall garage and they tried to say that theres no faults with the car. After i spoke to the head mechanic he diagnosed it as the wet belt is gone. If the car has done less than 60000 then Vauxhall is obliged to fix it free of charge. Just letting you know that if you have a similar issue go direct to a Vauxhall dealership.

what bits do i need to upgrade on 2011 Meriva B any guides

Found out all spurious codes on the meriva down to simple battery voltage and also dirty connections before starting any diagnostics always check battery voltage

have you tried new controller

have similar fault mine turns out toi be the pressure switch located on the condensor assume like myself the a/c light and on display says it is on. Suggest code reading the system

The fluid looks very clean and nothing really on the filter. I'll take a look out for a reconditioned one. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, I’m replacing the fuel filter on my 1.0L Vauxhall Corsa C 2005. The pipe connector is damaged, and I’m trying to find a new one, but it’s not in stock anywhere. The part number is GM 9129784. Do you have any ideas? Thanks, Wayne

Hi @JaysZafiraB, that is really useful. I have an 08 zafira 1.6 Z16XE1 and I'm getting g the P1112 error code. It's not turning the engine light on but is stored in the Ecu codes, is this normal? Once I clear the codes it comes back but no engine light, will this effect the emissions for an Mot test? My question is, is the triangular backet with the sensors and diaphragm easily removed without removing the inlet manifold etc and is it most likely that the 3 pin sensor is to fault? Thank you in advance.

I don't have an Insignia so I honestly don't know if earlier facelift lights would be plug and play. May be worth a try on the Facebook Forum also should be able to source cheaper second hand replacements.

Hi, I need a new motor for my driver's door on my 2006 Vauxhall Vectra 1800 CC. I have been given a part number of 1629048280 but on most car parts websites, it comes up as being for a Peugeot Boxer. This might be correct but I was hoping someone here could verify that before I buy one? Thanks. J

Hi. New to the group, and wonder if anyone can help me. I have bought a 2010 series A Meriva Design, and have just realised the rear head restraints are missing. I am not sure whether they are Black or Charcoal. Does anyone know where I can find replacements at sensible cost? Do they have to be Meriva specific or are other models the same? Hi I have a 2015 2.0, eco tech insignia and I am getting p0380 after changing all 4 glowplugs to brand new ones tried a diff module and glowplug harness from another car but still getting this free weed code can anybody shed some light on this is there a fuse or relays one we’re for the glow plugs I can check or any body any ideas please help

I'm trying to find the correct part for a vauxhall insignia 2010 cdti The part in question Im told isa hand brake module Ecua33g Not really got any more info than that

Hi Phil. I've just done some Google searching, and found that it looks like you have to get to it from under the wheel arch. Removing the plastic liner will give you access to the lock mechanism. Hope this helps. Andy.

Check the large fuse / fuseable link for damage (e.g. cracks or burn marks) Also, check the battery condition as this can drop to a low voltage when starting and this can flag fault codes

Grey/Blue smoke could be oil being burnt....valve seals possibly. Does the smoke smell of oil? Does it occur when hot or cold?
