Hello, have just joined so here to say Hi. 

I've owned a couple of vauxhalls in the past (Vectra and Omega) however, I've joined up as I've recently bought a 1990 Cavalier SRi which I intend to use as my daily. 

Hopefully, there's an active Cav thread on here I can read and learn from.

Hi there and welcome to the group. 

The 1990 Cavalier SRi is a wonderful car. I owned one back in 2005, but although the mechanics were sound. The body let it down. Needed a lot of welding to the floorpan and chassis rails, so unfortunately it went to scrap. Is yours the 8valve or 16 twin cam? Mine was the 8 valve.
