I have replaced the sensor, I have replaced the blue relay box, I have replaced the motor and the control panel and it's still only working on 4. Can anyone help?

Hi Keith,  have you tried the resistor ? Has failed on mine twice over its 20 years.  Also had sa.e symptoms

    Had the same problem with my Astra when I first got it. It too was the resistor on the heater motor . Replaced and all working ok.
