  1. Hi....welcome to the Forum Here is a selection of wiring diagrams for the Vivaro but depends on which circuit you're after https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C5CHFA_enGB830GB831&source=univ&tbm=isch&q=2011+vauxhall+vivaro+wiring+diagrams&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwje4PzJvYvsAhXcQEEAHQy3BUIQjJkEegQIDBAB&biw=1670&bih=931
  2. I believe you should be able to store it as a Favourite Station or similar
  3. Blimey! that's bizarre with the wrong oil being in the transmission and still working. Should work a lot better after a fluid and filter change
  4. Hi Tracy. The oil quality should have been reset to 100% when the service was carried out. It will need to be reset using a diagnostic tool and would be best to take it back to the garage for them to reset it
  5. Hi....welcome to the Forum Feel free to ask any questions and I'm sure someone will be able to assist.
  6. Hi....welcome to the Forum Maybe worth looking at the range of aftermarket bulbs available in Halfords. A lot of brands (such as Philips) boast increased output of around 35%, etc so maybe worth trying these first to see how improved the lighting becomes.
  7. Hi ...... welcome to the Forum
  8. Hi.....welcome to the Forum It sounds more like the turbo being restricted (variable vanes clogged up with carbon) and going to limp mode when it reaches a certain rpm. Usually accompanied by a P0299 fault code to state Turbo Underboosting
  9. Here is a link to some dimensions for the Insignia https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C5CHFA_enGB830GB831&source=univ&tbm=isch&q=vauxhall+insignia+dimensions&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjJ4Jz4s-jrAhVYi1wKHUQ3BUEQsAR6BAgKEAE&biw=1920&bih=1001
  10. That's unusual have you checked the boot?
  11. Hi....welcome to the Forum I would be concerned that the unit freezes on a 2020 car, it may be worth taking it back to the dealers and see if there is a software update to resolve this issue.
  12. That sounds quite terminal, I would personally get it transported on a lorry (AA, RAC, etc) to your garage rather than drive it
  13. I may have seem some updates being advertised online by individuals who have a crack to make it work but can't remember who they were so worth searching and see what comes up
  14. I suppose you could connect it without fitting it and see if it cycles with the ignition on. Beware that you can return it after it has been fitted as some supplier won't accept it back as can see the pins are scratched when fitted
  15. Breakers yard is the only place I can think of except for eBay and the other online sites really
  16. Wow thats amazing Andy! Very impressive MPG and mileage as well
  17. Hope you find what you're looking for and feel free to answer any posts you may be able to assist with
  18. It shows the Hydrocarbons (HC) being high....this suggests an ignition fault which is causing the not all of the fuel to burn. Suggest cure this and the emissions will come in line. Sparkplugs and HT Leads are usual suspects and then check the emissions after that (including Oxygen (O2) level which should be 0%)
  19. Welcome back Grey-Meriva
  20. Brake pedal is usually the reason why so I always put the pedal down just to ensure it works
  21. Not sure, would carefully try to prise it free if on clips but if screwed in it should be a bit tighter and wouldn't recommend forcing it
  22. It could be that you have knocked a connection loose in and around the area you were working in ?
  23. Hi Andy....hope you are staying well? Coolant pressure caps is important to be be in good condition and also the correct rating to allow the coolant boiling temperature to be raised by increasing the pressure in the system. Too high and it will pop at the specified pressure. If faulty it can draw air into the system and create a vacuum as you are experiencing. I would be tempted to replace the cap with a genuine part from the local Vauxhall dealer (shouldn't be too much)
  24. Hi Russell.....welcome to the Forum The Astra looks in great condition for it's age
