  1. Finally managed to get my dash working again. I found a reset method which has cured the problem. It's called disconnection of the battery for 15 minutes. I decided to remove the after market wiring for the electric fan, and whilst doing this I needed to disconnect the live terminal. And once I had done, and all was back together. The dash was working again, and has been ever since. And I am no longer getting a static shock every time I get out of the car. Which is a win win in my book.
  2. Does your scantool have reset battery function - to register new battery voltage in the ECU?
  3. Hi everybody, I hope to get lots of good info here - I need it. Anything I can help with I'll gladly help. I live in Caerphilly, S. Wales & am retired now. Just call me lazman.
  4. Good afternoon, Is anybody interested in buying a Vauxhall Carlton GI 1987 mileage around 104,600 miles? The insurance wrote it off in 2000, but my husband restored it and drove it until 2024. It has had MOT and he looked after it. Kind regards, MB
  5. Hello everyone. Well my astra passed mot today. Only problem was that when the garage backed it out at the end of the test. The speedo cluster has stopped working again. So later I'm going to pull it apart again to see what's occurring.
