replacing radio in vectra

I wish to replace my philips/ radio cassett player and remote cd player with a delco cdr500 radio /cd player. Can anyone advise me of any problems I may encounter with wiring connectors? Thanks in anticipation

Should be quite easy but the yellow/red wires (permanent and switched live) will need swapping round for an aftermarket unit as they do on most vauxhalls. Otherwise it will not turn on/off with the ignition properly or remember station presets etc

Thank you Administrators.I have installed the radio which is working ok. I will look into carrying out your advice on changing the red and yellow leads. Can they be changed within the unit or will I need to do this in the female connectors ?
