Hi all, some advice is needed please

I drive a 2006 1.6 astra SXi twinport and on my way home tonight the exhaust emission light came on and there was no power at all, the car was really sluggish and when i got to about 20mph its started vibrating. After 35mph the exhaust emission light started flashing and stayed flashing until i took my foot off the accelerator then it was on permanent. Ive read other forums on the net to try differant tests but none seem to be getting the results that other people get.

Any ideas on what it could be please ? Thanks in advance

ive had it diagnosed to be a missfire on cylinder 1, been told to replace to coil pack and all 4 spark plugs.... this will cost around £130 ish
