egr and dpf problems

Hi im new on here but has anyone else blanked off there egr valve and removed the dpf filter and fit a straight pipe in.my 06 signum elite is having all these problems and am removing them monday and deleting from the ecu.costly as it has already had a brand new intake manifold on.only done 55000 and owned for 3months.ouch
