Radio safety display

Greetings. 

I removed the standard radio on my 2007 Tigra and when I put it back it now reads ‘display safe’ I don’t have the radio code to remove it. What can I do?

There are radio code sources online, best bet is to google search it and see what comes up.
Some of them you would have to pay a nominal amount to get the code but others are free.

You will however, need the serial number from the radio to provide them with something to search against
