Service ad blue system …engine won’t restart in 500 miles

Hi,

2021 plate 2ltr Insignia sports keeps giving above shown error code. I know it’s a sensor fault as just MOT’d and had 0 emissions reading (after reseting EML and topping up with cat cleaner)…question is …which sensor is failing…?

Sounds like the level sensor is sticking which happens when the adblue chrystalises over time.
It would need flushing out and refilling at the least otherwise it could also be the sensor that needs replacing as well.

Thanks, had a rear end collision which split ad blue tank, was replaced by body shop and topped up. New tank fitted, tank topped and reset by Vauxhall…injector found to be leaking ,  also reset. Tank is over 3 quarter full so not level sensor? Dealer stating Cat failure…..!!!! Clowns….!!!…have reset codes and it now has more cleaner in diesel than diesel…!!!…..EML gone as has reset warning….just need to find the dodgy sensor
