samuel Posted July 25 Posted July 25 After replacing the knock sensor (it was probably a mistake to replace it), the engine light is still on, indicating that the problem exists. Does anyone know how to solve this?
Vauxhall Owners Club Posted August 1 Posted August 1 found this on a forum which may be a way forward Quote I then borrowed a more sophisticated OTOFIX OBD2 tool which found the fault codes. Deleting the codes had no effect, as the same errors appeared instantly. I then found the following two options under .... Special functions --> Service action --> Operations on faults related to self-ignition before spark (rumble) 1. "Reset number of self-ignitions before spark (rumble)" and 2. "Reset of engine torque limitation after self-ignition before spark (rumble)"
