My Vauxhall has done 48,000 miles and there is a whirring sound when starting the engine. Took it to mechanic and they say it’s an electrical fault as the check engine light comes on and needs to be seen by a specialist which in this case is Vauxhall themselves, I have booked into Vauxhall but have to wait ver a month to get it in.
