Hello just driving home earlier today and my car decided to light up like a Christmas tree turn it off and waited a few minutes then started back up and drove then it all came back on any idea on what it could be 

Could be a traction control issue and putting the engine management into restricted performance mode.
Alternatively, it could be engine management disabling the traction control system.

Either way it would need to be scanned for fault codes to determine the exact reason for the warning lamps
