Replaced parking sensor

I replaced the front nearside front  parking sensor and now none of the front or back sensors are working! 

Help please

Maybe worth checking the replaced sensor connection is tight, correct, etc as not sure if the circuit is a series connection (meaning if one sensor is out the lot go out - like a christmas tree)
