The engine will start however it cuts out after a short period of time. I am not sure why I have changed the single point injector and I have bought an eight pin convertible 16 for the ECU however, still having lots of trouble anyone out there can help.

could be crank sensor or cam sensor (especially if the cambelt is loose then it could be flagged as Cam Sensor out of phase)

also look at fuel pump and system relay which could be faulty

Thanks for that. I have changed the fuel pump but I haven’t checked the relay. I’ll give that a go first and thanks for your input.
