VXR Recaro seats

Hi, 

I currently have a insignia 2.0cdti sri 2011 and want to put the vxr interior which has the recaro seats into mine. Question is, is it just a straight swap or will i have an issue with the airbags in the seats as i'm changing the original ones and putting in other seats from different spec car?

I don't think the SRS seatbelt stalks will cause an issue as long as they carry the same resistance (which I think they should do)...same with the side airbags I would imagine
