Error code P0170

I’ve got the error code p0170 - I’m trying to locate the coolant temperature sensor & having no luck. Does anyone know where it might be in a Vauxhall Astra G Convertible 03?

Hi Jammgiee, what engine are you running? If its the 1.6 8 valve, then you have to remove the coil pack, as it sits below it. I have the 1.6 16 valve, and it is at the front drivers side going in to the thermostat housing. 

I've just seen a video that shows that it could be just below the top hose beside the timing belt cover.
