Kato24
My 65 plate mokka turbo automatic will not start. The immobiliser warning light is on and the car will not turn over. Neither key will work. How can I rectify this please
Vauxhall Owners Club
Is the vehicle battery in good order (e.g. fully charged)? How bright are the headlamps when the ignition is on? Foot firmly on the brake pedal when trying to switch the engine on? Lock the car and unlock and try again
Kato24
Thank you. Yes the battery is fully charged and I have had my foot on the brake pedal when attempting to start the vehicle. I have also locked/unlocked it on numerous occasions but to no avail
Vauxhall Owners Club
Not sure then, first thoughts are the clutch or brake pedal are not pushed down hard enough as this has caught me out before
Kato24
Thanks. Tried again to no avail. It’s booked in for Vauxhall to look at it now
