Infortainment system

Hi all, I have a 2016 insignia with inteli link, when I turn the car on the radio system turns its self on and off for about 3mins then turns off altogether. Then when I turn car off it comes back on for around 5mins again. Both times flickering screen on and off to.

 

any info on what this could be would be much appreciated thank you.

sounds like a poor connection somewhere behind the radio. maybe someone has removed it before and not plugged in back in correctly or securely enough
