Zafira b 07 misfire

Hello all. I have a zafira b 07 1.6. it has misfire at around 19-20 k. Tried new coilpack plugs and air filter. No change even tried a different coil from a good running zafira. Only fault code I'm getting points at cylinder 3 and coil pack. I've seen a video on yt referring to a similar sounding misfire problem, being the temp sender. Could it be the same?

Have you tried swapping components from cylinder 3 to cylinder 2 and seeing if the fault swaps cylinders on the scanner.
At least then you can eliminate the components or not.

Also, check its not the injector or wiring at fault
