Zafira unknown wire to fusebox

Just got a 09 zafira, I have just noticed a wire not original coming from ECU plug going into fuse box and just pushed into slot with fuse 22 engine electronics.

Don't know why someone has done this or is it a known for for something. I just don't want to be driving kids around and something happens.

Do you have a dashcam?
This may be a hardwire for the dashcam
