Stereo Upgrade

Hello all,

I am looking to upgrade my stereo on my Meriva SE 2012 to something with a screen. Does anyone know if that's possible and who supplies as fits ones that fit?

They also sell the fascia plates and adapter leads to suit the vehicle and head unit
