my front nearside front brake lockes on when i brake i have taken my calaper apart and the pistons shove in no problem i have cleaned every thing but it still lockes on and it wount release the pads any help would be great my car is a astra 1.6 estate year 2000

Slide pins (if astra has them) may be corroded. they may need to be cleaned or replaced.
