Just got a 65 plate zaf 170 cdti

Rubbish headlights, fitted 100 watt bulbs (i know) still rubbish, drivers side on dip just projects two fingers of light, thought it was bulb not seated properly but seems OK.

So a single bulb, is it an electric motor that alters the dip to full?

Does the lens ( big eyeball type) need cleaning, or the headlights replacing?
