Constant low voltage N/S Indicators on with headlights

When headlights are on my

passenger side indicators all light up with a dim glow

I can't see any apparent earth issue,but problem came with snow.

They all work fine,I changed indicator relay but no joy.

When I run the side lights the indicators work perfectly

Advice appreciate

quite possibly the wrong bulb has been fitted somewhere and it is back-feeding the lighting system
