Hi Everyone.

After many years of having Mondeo Titanium X's I have bought my first ever Vauxhall. It's a 2017 Insignia B Elite Estate 2 Litre Turbo Diesel Bluemotion.

It has lots of Elite extras, even Heated Rear seats but no Heated screen or steering wheel. Not much I can do about the windscreen but I was wondering how easy/difficult it would be to Retro fit a heated steering wheel. Being the model it is, would the wiring in the looms already be in situ. What would I need to buy in addition to a new steering wheel.

Hi...welcome to the Club

It would not only require the hardware (wheel, switches, etc) but also need coding into the Body Control Module (BCM) for it to operate and that would require dealer level diagnostic equipment to carry this out
