2012 automatic seems jerks when placed in drive

I have had this car over 2 years now with no major issues. Since last week I have noticed that the car seems to lift/jerk/shudder when I place into drive from parked or reverse. I have never felt this type of movement before. I have had the service done and got the garage to check for any codes etc but they have found nothing wrong. 

Has anyone else experienced this before and did they resolve it. 

might be idea to have gearbox serviced  filter and trans oil check your service book.
