Does this writing mean anything, it's on my steering column and steering rack, LV= are saying it proves they have been changed before when I know they haven't as I have had my Mokka from new.

How strange, have seen secondhand parts marked up like this but what it is in connection to? (accident damage?)

LV= are saying it proves the column and rack have been replaced before and refusing to repair the faulty steering after an accident.

Thing is I have had the car from new and it's never, been in an accident or had these parts changed.

The car is 6 years old and I haven't claimed on my insurance in that time and it's parst all it's MOTs 

If you bought it from a dealership then I would refer LV to them to answer the question
