Red dexcool mix with blue antifreeze

My meriva has red/pink dexcool antifreeze, and I want to top up but my local dealer only stocks the latest GM blue antifreeze, can I mix them or is a change and flush needed? May be better to try Halfords for red OAT antifreeze?

only use the red found this out you should be able to get it from motor factors or halfords
