Clunking sound on the drivers side Grandland X Hybrid

Hi all, 

Has anyone experienced clunking sounds from their Grandland X Hybrids? Especially driving in electric mode you can hear the clunking sounds from the front rightof the car. It sounds like something needs to be lubed up. When i go over bumps the sound doesnt appear so i dont believe its the suspension. I have seen some posts about ball joints, if this sounds like this, has anyone had this sorted and a rough cost you paid? Thanks all
