Posted April 28, 20241 yr help please,from time to time my ignition key can not be removed.i am at my wits end.you tube discribes a small flap under steering column and just push in the plastic connector to reset.i do not have this on my car,,any ideas please.
May 14, 20241 yr Could also be an adjustment required on the gearshift mechanism which has to be in Park to allow the key to turn back far enough to be removed Try wiggling the gearshift to see if it makes it easier to remove the key
