Does anyone know how to reset the immobiliser on a 2008 1.2

car has been running ok stopped for about 20 minutes went to restart car but would not start even with a tow warning light indicates immobiliser problem

Hi John, I've just done a Google search regarding your problem. 

There is a reset sequence,  but some were also saying that it could be a fault where the car and key have lost contact with each other, so will need reprogramming.  I am adding picture of the reset sequence.  Its got to be worth a try, and I hope it works for you.
