Suggestions please

I want to delete the chrome window trims, I've thought of vinyl wrap, I've done plenty of wrapping in other cars, then thought of using plasti dip (never used before) or taking the trim off (if possible) and spray painting it all black . So, to those who have deleted the chrome my question is ...  how did you do it ? What do you recommend if you've done it more than once , same car or others , help me decide guys 🤣
