2010 Insignia 2.0 Diesel Oil Level Sensor

Bought an insignia a month ago with the low oil pressure warning. Got the seal replaced and all was fine until yesterday when after 80 miles the low oil level warning came on. Immediately stopped and checked and there was plenty of oil. Started the car and the warning has gone and not come back on again. Checked the oil this morning and it's still got plenty in. 

I've read it could be a sensor issue, just wondering where the level sensor is and how easy is it to change.

The sensor is an issue which causes the problems you are describing.
Additionally I seem to remember there is also an issue with the oil pump but start with the sensor first and see how you get on with it

2011 Vauxhall Insignia, red oil warning light and error sound comes on for 3 seconds, after I start the engine when the engine is cold, then goes off. Oil levels are fine. When the engine is warm no errors. No performance issues. Anyone have any ideas what's causing it?
