Clocks/instrument cluster part number

Hi All have a 2011 Meriva B 1.7cdti the car is in the garage and needs new clocks as they have been tested a faulty. Which is the part number I need to match with on the clocks?

 

is it the 1334 6214 or the ABK5? any help would be appreciated

These guys do repairs on your cluster and if you get another panel you may need to recode it to the car so maybe best option to repair?
