Loss of electrics

2020 crossland 1.2 Griffin 17k miles. I have this annoying fault where there is no 12v electrical power at all, put key into ignition and nothing- no ignition or warning lights at all, if doors locked they wont open with key if doors are not locked if I slam the door or open bonnet and bang the battery the power comes back on and the clock reverts back to zero and ignition then works and car will start.

Any ideas?

Sorted - on battery loose couldn't have been tightened correctly when installed.
