astra0alan Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 i have these two codes come up on my Astra estate 1.7 p2033 exhaust gas temperature senor circuit high bank 1 sensor 2. p2102 throttle actulater a control motor circuit low. would either these code stop my car from starting. two days ago i tried to start it after few minutes it was making buzzing noise from the throttle body. i unplug the plug witch made it stop buzzing. taking in mind the key was in my pocket for about 10 mins, has anybody got any ideas i would be grateful. thanks again alan
Vauxhall Owners Club Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 Immediate thoughts are there is a short circuit somewhere, either wiring going to the Throttle Actuator or the assembly itself. Inspect the wiring and plug to the unit and then ensure that the actuator is moving freely (may be seized hence the buzzing noise)
