Astra J 2.0 CDTI 2014 - strange noise when turning right and accelerating (happens randomly)

Hi Everyone,

So I have got an Astra J 2014 GTC 2.0 CDTI manual, 43500miles. After like 30min drive, when the car is fully warmed up, some strange noise happening when turning right and accelerating.

 It is really difficult to describe, so I recorded it

it's like a ghost under the bonnet 

The problem with taking this issue to the garage is that it's totally random, doesn't happen all the time. Apart from that everything seems to be working perfectly fine.

Would much appreciate your help.

I'm sure a garage could find the issue as it could show as excess play in a component due to wear and tear possibly?
