Head gasket recommendations

Hi all

I was hoping for some help on finding the right head gasket. I have a 1.6 petrol eco and believe engine to be a16xer. I’m wanting to replace it with a genuine vauxhall one but searching google throws up so many parts/numbers etc.

I would prefer genuine but if anyone has any recommendations that would be great as I keep coming back to one that seems popular and I think that’s is a brand called ‘FAI’ and it’s made from a material called ‘Elastomer’

Not sure of the exact part number you require but I can recommend FAI as a first class gasket manufacturer as have used them extensively as a preferred company in the past.

Elastomer is the compound that is pretty much a silicon bead used to seal the various components on the head and block.
