Crossland - When phone is connected via Bluetooth or usb cable the volume during a phone call only goes to 45, where you can see the volume could go louder, as it does for the radio/music - max volume there is 63. Is there some sort of restriction? I got the garage to check on another CROSSLAND and it is the same, maybe a security feature? 

It may be a feature of the phone as they only go to a maximum level (unless you override it) to protect your hearing
