Clutch as after remapping

Can the standard clutch on a 2.0 cdti cope with a stage 1 map? I've recently purchased a insignia. The clutch feels ok until under load. Found out from the dealer it was mapped 3yrs ago

Most clutch plates can handle a stage 1 tune but when power is loaded onto it then the cover/pressure plate sometimes does not clamp sufficiently to deliver the load
