Swapping seats from vxr into sri

Hi, I have a 2.0cdti Sri and want to put the recaro seats from the vxr into mine. Does anyone know if you can and if they fit etc without any problems? They both have airbags in seats so would this be ok or would it cause problem with airbag warning lights etc? 
Also looking to fit the brembo callipers would these fit or would there need to be any modifications to get them to fit and work?
