Need help identifying part number

Hi everyone, 

I'm having an absolutely nightmare trying to find the part number to replace this hose.  It seems to be leaking slightly so im expecting to find a blockage, but before I take the cover off I thought id get a new hose ready as this one seems extremely soft.

I thought It would be called rocker cover breather hose, but the only photos that look close say crankcase breather hose, and none say that are compatible with may car, so im all kind of confused!

I would try Halfords as they have rolls of hose that may be suitable and be flexible enough to achieve the bend you require
