Additive consumption fault
I would advise to try a second opinion from a specialist as you may end up spending more on parts that may not be needed.

Vauxhall Owners Club started following Sat Nav , Additive consumption fault , In tank fuel pump gasket and 7 others

In tank fuel pump gasket
Was thinking 'Europe' as they marketed it as an Opel so more than likely extend your search to European countries

Bi-xenon Headlight error
It does sound like the condensation has spread to corrosion in the connections or mechanisms. I have previously drilled small hole(s) into the back of light units and speedos on motorbikes to allow the unit to breath (once the seals are compromised) and this works fine Maybe also see if you can remove, clean up and the spray electrical contact cleaner into the connections before refitting

Newbie from Rothesay
Hi...and welcome to the Club Interesting to read your history with Vauxhalls, from the era when they were great cars to work on. Droopsnoot Firenza, always wanted one and now wouldn't be able to afford one....good luck with your search for a classic Vauxhall. Feel free to jump into any post you feel you can answer or add your opinion, wisdom, etc. Great to have you onboard !

Hiya
Hi Steve - welcome to the Club That should definitely blow the cobwebs out and give the battery a top up. @AndyR is your man for older Astra's advice, as and when any maintenance and repairs are needed

Wow! I'm totally jealous - superb cars from an era when cars were interesting and were a passion unlike todays' vehicles. Welcome to the club !

ODB error keeps returning
I would say that a throttle body clean up is next on the list - if all wiring and connections are okay then this should be the next thing to do. There are plenty of videos and tutorials on cleaning and resetting the throttle body on the net and also gives you the opportunity to check hoses, etc for splits, perishing, leaks, etc while you're down at the back of the engine. Let us know how you get on with it

PVC VALVE
Here is what I found on a google search On a 2020 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2, the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve is generally located near or integrated into thetop of therocker cover(valve cover), often found at the end of a vent hose leading from the engine. It's a small, sometimes cylindrical component that controls crankcase vapor flow and is a common replacement item for rough running or oil issues, identifiable by its hose connection and placement on the engine's top.

Sat Nav
Not entirely sure if it is a direct fit. It may be better to get a TomTom or similar as they update regularly using WiFi so its always current information and can transfer to other cars as well

ODB error keeps returning
I have come across this before but cannot remember the relearn process unfortunately. I would suggest to take a look at the connections down on the pedal and see if there is any damage or dirt collecting in the area. As it seems to be a current fault and is intermittent then quite possibly the connection is loose or some wiring is damaged.

Engine temperature for cooling fan to come on?
If it is running fine and no drop in the coolant level then it should be okay - obviously when the weather starts to get warm then it is worth checking the fan to ensure its working okay
