Thanks, had a rear end collision which split ad blue tank, was replaced by body shop and topped up. New tank fitted, tank topped and reset by Vauxhall…injector found to be leaking , also reset. Tank is over 3 quarter full so not level sensor? Dealer stating Cat failure…..!!!! Clowns….!!!…have reset codes and it now has more cleaner in diesel than diesel…!!!…..EML gone as has reset warning….just need to find the dodgy sensor1 point

Will do. I tried Wynnes adblue cleaner, but it hasn't helped with this particular issue - though I'd hope it helps reduce crystallisation in general.1 point
