Will do. I tried Wynnes adblue cleaner, but it hasn't helped with this particular issue - though I'd hope it helps reduce crystallisation in general. -

Glad to hear you had a (semi) successful outcome - the radio does not consume huge amounts of power but left on over time it will flatten the battery. -

Yep, sounds like the level sensor as the adblue chrystalises over time and this usually affects the system Please let us know how you get on with it -

Sounds like the level sensor is sticking which happens when the adblue chrystalises over time. It would need flushing out and refilling at the least otherwise it could also be the sensor that needs replacing as well.
