Which insignia to buy

Hi all, 1st time on site, just need some advice please. Thinking of getting an insignia, possibly the 1.6 ecoflex, I'm 64 now, I don't want performance, I want economy , but MORE importantly comfort, ie, no 18 or 19 inch wheels, 16 inch give a better ride, can ANYONE recommend a car, my budget is 5k , I would like a car with the intelligent headlights, but understand these matrix headlights are not as good as the Audi, VW, BMW equivalents ?  Is the refinement on the insignia  as good as an equivalent age Mondeo, or is the insignia cabin a quieter place ? Hopefully someone can give me some advice.
