2019 Grandland X Intellilink Vauxhall logo loop

Hi, 

I have a 2019 Grandland X with intellilink 4.0 that is not working. I get the Vauxhall logo looping 5 or 6 times then goes to a blue software loading screen, again about 5 or 6 times then goes off completely. I haven't bricked it in any way to affect the start up script. I have tried updating it with the latest firmware from Vauxhall, but it does not work. I can see the USB flash drive is working by its light, but the system doesn't seem to be reading it after an initial second flashing. Any ideas what this could be before I spend a small fortune replacing it.
